Andrew Davis
Denver, CO
Andrew Davis is a Principal at Downing Street Investments and is responsible for investment sourcing, capital markets and joint venture opportunities. Andrew has 15 years of experience in real estate ranging from acquisitions, development, asset management and investor relations. Previously, Andrew oversaw acquisitions and asset management at Forum Real Estate Group. Andrew acquired over 3,000 apartment homes while overseeing a team that actively managed a portfolio of 15,000 apartment homes. Prior to Forum, Andrew was with UDR, Inc., an S&P 500 Multifamily REIT where he was responsible for the oversight and direction of a 50,000 home national multifamily portfolio which included directing the day-to-day analytical and operational support including pricing decisions, occupancy and rent goals for the portfolio as well as providing operational insight into the Company’s disposition/acquisition/development and redevelopment activities. Prior to his work at UDR, Andrew was a buy-side analyst with Morgan Stanley for four years.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and Spanish from St. Louis University. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Anna, and three children, Emerson, Jack Robert and Reese Margaret.
Scott McCormack
Boise, ID
Scott is a Principal at American Pacific Advisors (APA) which has partnered with Downing Street Investments for all Boise related projects. Over the course of his career, Scott has developed and or renovated over 1.0MM square feet of commercial mixed-use, luxury condominium, resort hospitality and residential projects valued at over $1.0B.
As a third-generation real estate developer, Scott’s extensive experience spans over 37 years encompassing a wide variety of high-level senior management positions for major projects, master planned communities in Hawaii, and key US West markets. In addition to being senior vice president of development/ real estate for several private equity firms in Hawaii, Arizona and Montana, he honed his senior management skills in asset management, acquisition, commercial brokerage and property management.
He has been a permanent resident of Boise for over three years and has owned real estate in the market for over 15 years. In a previous career role with Grossman Company Properties, Scott developed a large lot subdivision in Boise in the foothills on behalf of Grossman and successfully sold the lots for +25% returns. Scott has established relationships in the Boise real estate and development communities.
Scott is active member in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and participates with the ULI Idaho Boise Developer’s Council. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, pickle-balling, mountain biking, and snowboarding in the nearby mountains.
Connor Brown
Bozeman, MT
Connor Brown joined Downing Street Investments in 2020 and is responsible for investment sourcing, underwriting, acquisitions and development. Connor brings 3 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate investment. Prior to joining DSI, Connor held multiple positions at the Cannery District development in Bozeman, MT. While at the Cannery District, he was integral in consolidating the asset ownership from four entities into one, while recapitalizing the assets and refinancing with long-term debt. Also, he was involved in the construction of the development’s residential asset, Cannery Flats.
Connor received a Bachelor in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. Currently residing in Bozeman, MT, Connor enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and skiing.
