Andrew Davis is a Principal at Downing Street Commercial Partners and handles the underwriting, investments and investor relations within Downing Street Investments. Andrew has 15 years of experience in real estate ranging from acquisitions, development, asset management and investor relations. Previously, Andrew oversaw acquisitions and asset management at Forum Real Estate Group. Andrew acquired over 3,000 apartment homes while overseeing a team that actively managed a portfolio of 15,000 apartment homes. Prior to Forum, Andrew was with UDR, Inc., an S&P 500 Multifamily REIT where he was responsible for the oversight and direction of a 50,000 home national multifamily portfolio which included directing the day-to-day analytical and operational support including pricing decisions, occupancy and rent goals for the portfolio as well as providing operational insight into the Company’s disposition/acquisition/development and redevelopment activities. Prior to his work at UDR, Andrew was a buy-side analyst with Morgan Stanley for four years.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and Spanish from St. Louis University. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Anna, and three children, Emerson, Jack Robert and Reese Margaret.
Craig Bustos is a Principal at Downing Street Commercial Partners and handles the sourcing of off-market opportunities, brokerage and consulting services for Downing Street Advisors. Craig has 15 years of experience within numerous facets of commercial real estate, including investment sales and leasing and appraisal. His broad industry experience and big picture mentality allows him to service his clients which include investors, developers, owner users, and tenants alike. His deal experience is both complex and diverse from assembling infill covered land plays in strategic locations to working on large tracts of agricultural land with mineral and water rights to site selection and build to suit projects alongside national developers and Fortune 500 tenants. Ultimately, Craig is a real estate enthusiast who loves people and his appraisal and consulting background allow him to quickly identify solid deals which are usually sourced off market. On the appraisal side, Craig worked for Integra Realty Resources and began to focus his experience on income producing properties with values ranging from $1 million to over $1 billion and vacant land with values ranging from $500 thousand to large tracts valued at over $100 million, as well as worked on several high profile condemnation projects. Craig’s appraisal experience allowed him to enter into commercial brokerage with unparalleled underwriting skills and understanding of commercial real estate markets as a whole. In 2014, he joined Transwestern Commercial Real Estate as a Broker. He advised his clients, which range from local investor/developers
to Fortune 500 companies in the disposition and acquisition of both income-producing properties and vacant land, value-add and development opportunities, as well as owner user acquisitions and dispositions. His tenacity, persistence and love of real estate has delivered his clients success time and time again.
Craig graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in economics.
When he isn’t pounding the pavement looking for deals, Craig is passionate about spending quality time with his wife, Lauren and two-year-old daughter, Olivia.
